  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You may receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order is placed successfully.

2 Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.
  • Shipping availability depends on serviceable pin codes and courier partner coverage.
If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you and initiate a refund (if payment is already made).

3 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping offers (if running) will be clearly mentioned on the website.
  • Promotional shipping offers are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS (if available).
  • You can track your order on the courier partner’s tracking page.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of your order being processed, please contact us.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • If the order is returned due to non-delivery, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).

8 Damaged During Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the package before opening.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share images/videos for verification.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
