- Orders are processed within 1β2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You may receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once your order is placed successfully.
2 Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- Shipping availability depends on serviceable pin codes and courier partner coverage.
If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you and initiate a refund (if payment is already made).
3 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3β5 business days
- Other Locations: 4β7 business days
- Remote Areas: 5β10 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4 Shipping Charges

- Free shipping offers (if running) will be clearly mentioned on the website.

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS (if available).
- You can track your order on the courier partnerβs tracking page.
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of your order being processed, please contact us.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
- If the order is returned due to non-delivery, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
8 Damaged During Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the package before opening.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share images/videos for verification.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
